Description
SVNM manufactures air plug gauges for fast, non-contact measurement of bores at micron level in production. Each air plug gauge is custom-built to your component drawing (single or multi-jet) and supplied with 2 master setting rings calibrated in-house on a Length Measuring Machine to 0.1 micron. Being non-contact, the gauge does not wear the bore or itself — ideal for soft, thin-walled or finely finished parts — and pairs with our air gauge units for SPC/PLC data collection. The complete set ships with NABL calibration certificates.
